  1. I haven't been invited, how can I access the tool?
    You can register and use the tool without an invitation.
  2. I've been invited but cannot login?
    Do you have an account?
    1. No - Please register.
    2. Yes - Make sure your account matches the email address that the invitee used when sending the invitation.
    You can change your email address, or ask the invitee to use a different email address.
  3. I've been invited but haven't received an email?
    Ask the invitee to check the email address they used for your contact details. If this is correct you should be able to login. If you are unable to login read FAQ 2.
  4. I've forgotten my password.
    Click the forgotten password link and follow the instructions.
